What are the delivery times?

European Union: approximately 4 to 7 working days;

International deliveries: between 7 and 15 working days, depending on the destination and customs formalities.

Can I return a product?

Online shopping

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.


Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging (with accessories, instructions, etc.).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will proceed with a full refund of your order, including the initial delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days.

In-store purchases

Exchange your instrument within 14 days, upon presentation of the invoice and provided that it is in the same condition as when purchased;

If the new instrument is more expensive, you only pay the difference;

If it is cheaper, you will be issued a credit note valid in our shop.

Are the instruments guaranteed?

All instruments sold by Chamusic benefit from the legal guarantees provided by the French Consumer Code and Civil Code.

Legal guarantee of conformity

In accordance with Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, your instruments are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from the date of delivery.

This guarantee applies in the event of a product that does not conform to the description, has a manufacturing defect, or does not function as intended.

In this case, Chamusic undertakes to repair or replace the instrument at no cost to the customer. If repair or replacement is technically impossible, a refund will be possible upon the customer's express request.

Warranty against hidden defects

According to articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, you also benefit from a legal guarantee against hidden defects.

You have 2 years from the discovery of the defect to make the request, up to a maximum of 5 years after the date of purchase.

This warranty covers any defect that renders the instrument unfit for its intended use or significantly diminishes its value.
