Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the relationship between GO PROJECTS, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 83309372700018, with its registered office located at 9 Rue de Douai, 75009 Paris, France, and customers wishing to make a purchase through our online store or physical retail store.
The company operates under the trade name Cham Music.

2. Products and Pricing
Products offered for sale are those described on the Cham Music website (www.chamusic.com) and available in-store.
Every effort is made to provide accurate product descriptions, though Cham Music cannot guarantee that such descriptions are entirely error-free.
All prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT), but excluding shipping costs.
Products are available subject to stock availability, and Cham Music reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of unavailability.
Cham Music may change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
3. Orders
Orders can be placed online at www.chamusic.com or directly in-store.
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
An order becomes final once confirmed by Cham Music, which reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (payment issues, suspicious delivery address, etc.).
Data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of all financial transactions.
4. Payment
Payments may be made by credit or debit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered by Cham Music.
Full payment is due at the time of order placement.
All payment transactions are secured, and Cham Music does not store card information once payment has been processed.
If installment payment options are available, they will be clearly indicated on the website or in-store.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Cham Music ships products to mainland France, Europe, and selected international destinations (as specified during checkout).
If you are located outside these zones and wish to order, please contact us directly to discuss available options.
a. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
b. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

c. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

d. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details and a link to follow your shipment.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
a. Damaged or Lost Items
Each instrument undergoes two quality checks — one upon arrival from the manufacturer and another before each sale — to ensure perfect condition.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the damage.
In case of loss, please notify us immediately so that an investigation can be opened with the carrier.
b. In-Store Purchases
Products purchased in-store are non-refundable if they conform to their description and expected functionality.
However, an exchange is possible within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original condition, with the receipt and a valid ID.
If there is a price difference between the original and replacement item:

If the new item is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference.

If the new item is cheaper, a store credit will be issued for the difference.
Customized or unsealed items cannot be exchanged.
c. Online Purchases
In accordance with applicable French law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the date of delivery.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify Cham Music by email or postal mail before the 14-day period expires.
Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For fragile instruments, please ensure proper padding and secure packaging. Items damaged in return transit cannot be refunded.
Upon valid withdrawal, Cham Music will refund the total order amount, including initial delivery fees, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7. Warranty
Products sold by Cham Music are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with French consumer law.
You have two years from the discovery of a defect to invoke the warranty for hidden defects, within a maximum of 20 years from the date of purchase.
8. Liability
Cham Music cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse or improper handling of purchased products.
Cham Music’s liability is limited to the amount of the order in case of a dispute, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional fault.
Cham Music shall not be held responsible in cases of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.) that prevent the delivery of products.
9. Data Protection
Customer data collected during the ordering process is required for transaction management and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These data may be used for order management, marketing purposes, and internal analytics.
In accordance with applicable law, customers have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal information.

10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties shall seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action.
Customers may contact a consumer mediator free of charge to attempt to resolve the dispute.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or performance of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Paris, France.
11. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Cham Music reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The updated terms will apply to all orders placed after publication on www.chamusic.com
Customers will be notified of any modification by email or via a notice on the website.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements on the website www.chamusic.com including texts, images, logos, and videos — are the exclusive property of Cham Music or its partners, unless otherwise stated.
This includes the website design, product presentation, and graphic materials.
Some product images are provided by our partners under partnership agreements. Cham Music does not claim ownership of these images; they remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil or criminal penalties.
