The Kora is a 21-string harp-lute, handcrafted from a hollowed-out calabash covered with skin , a wooden neck and a movable bridge . Its timbre is at once soft, crystalline and captivating, capable of accompanying speech, singing or expressing itself alone in meditative improvisations.

Each piece is unique, handcrafted according to Mandingo traditions, with particular attention paid to resonance and balance of sounds.
