Since 1998 , Cham Music has embodied a passion for music and cultural encounters . This family adventure began in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, before moving to rue Pierre Fontaine in the 9th, then finding its current home in the legendary rue de Douai .

Rue de Douai, the vibrant heart of the Pigalle district, has been the essential meeting place for musicians for decades. With its historic instrument shops, it exudes the soul of creation and inspiration . It is here, surrounded by a rich musical heritage , that we continue to write our history.

Cham Music is more than just an instrument store. For over 25 years, we have been sharing with you much more than sounds: a journey, an emotion, an encounter with cultures from around the world . Specializing in traditional instruments , accessories and musical equipment, we collaborate with talented luthiers and craftsmen from all over the world to offer you unique and authentic products .

In 2019, a new generation of passionate musicians breathed a breath of modernity into our store, and since March 2024, we have officially taken over with a young and dynamic team . Our mission? To make world music accessible to everyone , regardless of age or background, and to create a vibrant community of artists .
