General Conditions of Sale

1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the relationship between the company GO PROJECTS , a simplified joint-stock company ( SAS ) with a capital of 1000 euros , registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 83309372700018 , having its registered office at 9 rue de Douai, 75009 Paris , and customers wishing to make a purchase via our online store or in-store. The trading name used by the company is Cham Music . Any communication relating to these GTC can be sent to chamusic.online@gmail.com or by telephone at 0142811767 .

2. Products and Prices

The products offered for sale are those described on the Cham Music website ( www.chamusic.com ) and in store. Product descriptions are provided with the greatest possible accuracy. However, Cham Music cannot guarantee that descriptions are error-free. Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Products are available while stocks last, and Cham Music reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of product unavailability. Cham Music reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

3. Order

Orders can be placed online via the website www.chamusic.com or directly in store. Any order placed implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The order is considered final after confirmation by Cham Music, which reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (payment problem, questionable delivery address, etc.). The information recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of all financial transactions.

4. Payment

Orders can be paid by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered by Cham Music. Full payment is due at the time of ordering. Payment transactions are secure, and Cham Music does not retain credit card information after payment is processed. If Cham Music offers installment payment options, these will be specified on the website or in-store.

5. Delivery

Products ordered online are delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Cham Music delivers primarily within France, but can also ship internationally under certain conditions. Delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination. Cham Music cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to carriers. In the event of a significant delay (beyond 30 days), the customer may cancel their order and will receive a full refund. Upon receipt of the products, the customer is required to check the condition of the package and report any anomalies (damaged package, missing product) within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

In-Store Purchases:

  • Products purchased in-store are non-refundable if they conform to the description and function generally expected for a similar product.
  • In case of customer dissatisfaction, an exchange is possible within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is returned with the original invoice and in the same condition as purchased. The customer must present an ID to validate the exchange.
  • In the event of a price difference between the item originally purchased and the replacement item:
    • If the new item is more expensive, the customer will have to pay the difference.
    • If the new item is cheaper, a credit for the difference will be issued to the customer.
  • Some products, particularly personalized or unsealed ones, cannot be exchanged.

Online Shopping:

  • In accordance with current legislation, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of products purchased online.
  • To exercise this right, the customer must notify Cham Music of their decision by mail or email before the expiration of the 14-day period.
  • Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • In the event of withdrawal, Cham Music will reimburse the customer for the total amount of the order, including the initial delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

7. Warranty

Products sold by Cham Music benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. You have 2 years from the discovery of the defect to implement the legal guarantee against hidden defects. And this, within the limit of 20 years after purchase (i.e. from the day of sale).

8. Liability

Cham Music cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of purchased products. Cham Music's liability is limited to the amount of the order in the event of a dispute, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Cham Music cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, etc.) preventing product delivery.

9. Protection of Personal Data

The information collected from the customer during the order process is necessary to manage the transaction and will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy. This data may be used for order management, marketing, and internal statistics. In accordance with current regulations, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data. To exercise these rights, the customer can contact Cham Music at the above-mentioned email address.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. The customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to attempt to resolve the dispute. These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, or interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts within the jurisdiction of Paris.

11. Modification of the T&Cs

Cham Music reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The new T&Cs will apply to orders placed after they are posted online on the website www.chamusic.com . Customers will be informed of any changes by email or via a notice on the website.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website www.chamusic.com (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Cham Music or its partners, unless otherwise indicated. This includes in particular the design of the site, the presentation of the products, as well as the graphic elements.

Some product photos available on the site are provided by our partners as part of partnership agreements. Cham Music does not claim ownership of these images. These photos are used with the permission of their respective owners and remain their intellectual property. Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of these images without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

Any reproduction, representation or use of these elements without the express written authorization of Cham Music or the holders of the rights concerned is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by civil and criminal penalties.

Pour cette rénovation, notre luthier a changé entièrement les chevilles de ce oud turc pour passer en mécanique moderne. Il a aussi remplacé le sillet en ébène à un sillet en os. Désormais, l'accordage du oud est plus simple et durable.

Réparation de la tête de manche d’une guitare acoustique

Réparation de la cassure de la tête de manche avec réalignement et repositionnement des parties endommagées. Notre luthier a procédé au collage et au maintien de la tête afin d’assurer une fixation solide et durable, puis a effectué les reprises nécessaires pour restaurer l’esthétique et la solidité de l’instrument.

Restauration complète de banjoline

Pour la restauration complète de ce banjoline chez chamusic, notre luthier spécialisé a fait le remplacement des cordes, du sillet, des vis et de la cheville endommagée, réparation des bordures cassées avec reprise du cerclage en bois, réglage complet de l’instrument et nettoyage approfondi afin de retrouver confort de jeu, esthétique et qualité sonore optimale.
